An ecosystem that grows from the root

WHO NEEDS FLORECE?

The small business starting from scratch

You have the idea and the drive, but not yet a brand or a way to show it. We use AI tools to bring down the cost of producing content, and we teach you how to use them so you can keep creating on your own. Everything fits your budget and your timing.

The company that needs better sales channels

We measure what works today, automate the processes that repeat and use digital advertising to analyse and forecast your sales. Decisions made with data, not in the dark.

The museum looking for new ways to communicate

The collections are there, but the audience has changed. We propose new formats —capsules, interactive pieces, walkthroughs and built-in accessibility— so heritage is understood and shared.

The NGO funding an idea that could change the world

The cause is big and the budget is small. We help you tell it clearly to win over funds and partners, and to account for every peso once the money arrives.

Theatre companies, bands and podcasts

The show won't be repeated and it has to look and sound right. We record theatre, concerts and podcasts with multicam and careful sound, with solutions sized to the resources available and no compromise on quality.

The public service that must reach everyone

Information has to be clear, truthful and accessible. We produce campaigns with subtitles and sign language built in as standard, not bolted on at the end.

The brand that needs to tell something real

You're not after another shiny, empty piece. You want to document what you actually do. We work on location, with real people and a method that doesn't pad the days.

Our method lets ussolve any kind of challenge.

The florece
manifesto

Statement of principles

The discipline of the precise resource

Our process architecture is built to remove noise. We don't inflate budgets or oversize crews: not one more light, not one wasted peso.

Wellbeing as habitat

A project only succeeds if the environment it grows in is healthy. We don't negotiate with burnout: we protect our human habitat so talent can bloom.

Plurality as a vital value

The richness of our work comes from the diversity of our roots. It's a commitment written into our employment contracts.

A culture of respect on set

The set is a safe, horizontal and professional space, with formal channels to resolve difficult situations transparently.

Strategic sign-off

Nothing happens by chance. Every stage is signed off by the Executive Director to ensure technical and financial coherence.

Symbiosis and mutual growth

We're not suppliers, we're allies. If our client doesn't grow, neither do we.

HOW WE WORK · 04 STAGES

01
Pre-production
We fit the scope to the available budget and lock the schedule before committing to deliverables.
02
On-location production
Lightweight crews that coexist with the performance, the install and the audience, without interrupting.
03
Reviewed post-production
Cuts reviewed by the client at every milestone, with one agreed round of changes.
04
Delivery and reporting
Masters, accessible versions, image banks and organised backups to report the grant.

We only sell the days your project needs. From day one you know what your budget can achieve, and we make it go as far as it can.
